Do You Grill? Even Veggies?

Summer is the season of grilling and with summer coming to an end I am trying to get as many grilled meals packed in as possible. Now don’t get me wrong I do live in a ski town and if need be I will grill in my parka with the snow falling around me; which is then immediately followed by warming up in the hot tub!

If you have a garden and grow your own veggies and basil, I highly encourage you to print or pin this recipe (and the one for DIY Basil Pesto)  for those times when you are looking for something to do with all that home-grown goodness!

Pesto Vegies

Literally, you can use just about any fresh vegetables you’d like for this method.  Just be sure they are all cut to a similar size — delicious, slighty-charred, caramelized vegetables can be yours to enjoy with very little effort but this is definitely much more of a method than a recipe.
