Bacon Eggs & Tomato Baked Avocados
Bacon Eggs & Tomato Baked Avocados are the perfect jump start to any day! Full of flavor and healthy fats, they will keep you satisfied all morning long.
Do you an all in one breakfast that’s easy to make and delicious to eat? Then these baked avocados are your dish!
I have to admit I first got this recipe off of a television show and for the life of me I cannot remember which one. BUT I have been making this dish since at least 2012 if not longer because let’s face it, breakfast foods are my FAVORITE!! Now I don’t know about you but often, I feel like we don’t have the time in the morning to make much less enjoy all the delicious breakfast recipes, but thankfully in my house, we have them for dinner quite often.
Everything about this egg breakfast is phenomenal! First off, it’s nestled in an avocado! Then topped with BACON! And CHEESE! Enough said! What’s not to love!? I like to serve it with some homemade salsa for an extra punch of flavor!
