Oh my goodness y’all my basil plant is still huge. Apparently, I don’t use enough basil while cooking; or I have a green thumb that is out of control! So I figured I would make some homemade basil pesto and y’all know what that means?!?! Next week, be sure to come back to see some pesto infused recipes. Yum-yum!
So pesto…the best thing about pesto is that is it practically impossible to mess up. Truly you just mix everything together in a food processor and ta-da – you’ve got pesto!
