Traditional Pasta Salad

Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 20 minutes
Servings 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 box Tri-Color Rotini
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 4 oz can sliced black olives
  • 1 cucumber halved lengthwise and sliced
  • 1 8 oz pkg button mushrooms cut in halves
  • 1 medium red onion sliced and halved
  • 1 jar of zesty Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook Rotini in a large pot of boiling salted water until just tender (al dente).
  2. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water until cool.
  3. Return pasta to pot; add tomatoes, feta, olives, mushrooms, onion and dressing; toss well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate; serve cold.
